The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location was great, with easy access to the city's most interesting spots. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the bathroom was plentiful.

I spent Christmas time at a hotel in a lovely central area recently. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location was great being only a short walk from shops, restaurants and historic sights. the room was clean and comfortable with cozy linens and a clean bathroom. I appreciated the delicious complimentary water bottles and the lovely sweets they left in the room.

Although I had a great time, I did struggle with the Wifi connection which had a tendency to drop regularly. It would have been annoying if I had needed to work or communicate with others on a regular basis.
